Examples of our advisory services include reviewing and drafting of employment agreements, including non-customary agreements such as triparty and secondment, drafting of employment manuals covering, inter alia, harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace, health and safety obligations of the employer, especially where it operates in the construction sector.
We have recently advised trade unions on the applicable legal framework of trade unions, their role and responsibilities in employment relations, drafting of collective agreements and group redundancies.
We advise employers and employees on the employment legal framework in Cyprus and particularly for matters relating to redundancies, continuity of employment and labour relations. We have also handled queries on the special legal framework regarding retail shops and their employees.
